About Us ⇒ Our First Year

On Sunday afternoon, October 19, 2008, FCC is celebrating her first year anniversary. What a year it has been! We started with nothing and now have 60 plus people who call FCC home. We have moved from meeting on Sunday evening in a Sunday School class at Christ Community Church, to meeting in a gymnasium at Johnson Elementary School. We have signed a contract with Franklin Christian Academy to jointly develop our 28 acres on New Hwy. 96 West, and most importantly, we have seen 16 people baptized, and two very real miraculous healings. To God be the glory.

Our anniversary celebration will be at 4:00 p.m. at the pavilion in Jim Warren Park. Come out and join us. The grill will be lit and we will cook all the hamburgers and hotdogs you bring with you.
